By applying for and purchasing through a Wholesale Account, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Wholesale accounts are intended for approved resellers, practitioners, and retailers only.

• Applications are subject to review and approval by Phil Richards Nutrition Lab.

2. Pricing & Discounts

• Wholesale customers receive a 30% discount, which is automatically applied at checkout.

• Wholesale pricing is separate from retail promotions and is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Order Requirements

• A minimum order value of £500 applies to all wholesale orders.

• Orders below this threshold will not qualify for wholesale pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Fixed shipping charges apply per order:

  • UK: £8.00 postage & packaging

  • Ireland: £14.95 postage & packaging

• Standard delivery times apply; shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions & Restrictions

• Retail promotions, offers, and discounts cannot be applied to wholesale purchases.

• Bundle pack offers are not available on wholesale orders.

• Affiliate program links cannot be used against wholesale purchases.

• Coupons and voucher codes are not redeemable on wholesale orders.

6. Compliance & Resale

• Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring all supplements are resold and marketed in compliance with UK and Irish regulations.

• Phil Richards Nutrition Lab accepts no liability for misuse, misrepresentation, or non-compliant resale practices.

7. Account Use

• Wholesale accounts are for the approved business or practitioner only and are non-transferable.

• Misuse of wholesale terms may result in account suspension or termination.
