The MUSCLEBOLIC DRIVE CERTIFICATION COURSE is delivered in bite size segments of around 30 – 40 minutes per part and is presented in webinar format using Power Point slides. You will also be able to download the PDF document of all the slides presented.

Phil goes into each subject in great depth but delivers the content in a manner which is easy to understand and apply giving you the most relevant up to date scientific research on how to BUILD MUSCLE MASS AND INCREASE STRENGTH.

Lesson 1. 

Nutrition, Digestion & Supplementation to maximise strength and muscle growth

When we are trying to build muscle and lose excess fat there are 3 things that must be optimized or there is ZERO likelihood of making any gains from your efforts in the gym. You MUST learn how to optimize the Mtor pathway, you MUST learn how to decrease MYOSTATIN and finally how to stimulate muscle satellite cells to create more growth. When all these are in place through good training, optimum nutrition, good digestion and correct supplementation RESULTS will follow.

Lesson 2.

Hormones can either make you fat and weak OR lean, strong and muscular

There is so much misinformation out there on hormones that by the time you finish this lesson you will have 100% clarity on how to optimise your muscle building hormones and decrease you muscle wasting hormones to ensure you turn on the anabolic switch in your body to get stronger, leaner & more muscular.
