DELIVERIES INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE:
We offer free delivery as standard on all orders over £60 to be delivered within the UK. Also during checkout you will have the option to upgrade to our Next Day service for an additional fee.
All delivery costs will be confirmed at checkout and before you make payment. Please note we only deliver to the UK, ROI and Channel Islands.
Orders placed before 12.00 noon (UK time) will be dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times may change due to Covid-19. We are working with our postal services to ensure that parcels arrive on time. But, sometimes this may be out of our control. Thank you in advance for your patience.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES INFORMATION
For any deliveries to ROI, Channel Islands and overseas (at the discretion of Phil Richards Nutrition Lab) we must inform you that due to new rules, taxes and duties may apply at customs entry for ‘EU’ (European Union) and ‘RoW’ (Rest of World). This is the customers responsibility and not payable by Phil Richards Supplements Ltd.

Once full payment has been received we will dispatch your order and send you a confirmation email which will contain details on how to track your order (if available).
