Initial Consultation £300
What’s included:
2 x Detailed Online Questionnaires
Prior to the consultation you will be sent 2 x Online Questionnaires. In these you will be asked a comprehensive set of questions around your current state of physical and emotional health, family health, stress levels, supplementation, current medication plus your current eating habits, and much more. This allows Phil to prepare in advance to offer you the best advice in your ONLINE CONSULTATION regarding your health concerns.
1 X 60 to 90 minute Zoom consultation.
During the consultation Phil will discuss with you the possible causes of your health concerns and how to achieve your health & performance goals. He will have created bespoke plans prior to the consultation around nutrition, supplementation, exercise and lifestyle recommendations. He will also discuss and interpret any additional documentation provided; for example, blood, urine and stool reports providing they were done within 6 months of the consultation.
Follow Up Calls £200
What’s included:
1 x 30 to 60 minute Zoom consultation
During the consultation Phil will review your plans and progress and make any necessary adjustments and additions to the plans. He will also offer additional recommendations if your health concerns or symptoms persist.
