Why this workshop matters

Peptide information is everywhere — but so is misinformation.

There is a huge amount of misinformation and “bro science” around peptides online and within the fitness industry. Phil Richards created this workshop after throwing himself into the research, completing advanced educational courses on peptides and personally exploring the subject in depth.

With only 20 attendees, this semi-private workshop gives Phil more time for focused teaching, discussion and questions. It is designed to help you understand the scientific research behind peptides, how they may be used responsibly, and why health optimisation must come before simply looking at any peptide in isolation.

  • Understand what peptides are and how they function.
  • Learn why internal terrain, cellular health and mitochondria matter.
  • Explore the role of blood, urine and stool testing before peptide decisions.
  • Separate structured education from internet hype and industry noise.

Who will benefit?

Built for trainers, coaches, athletes, therapists and health-focused practitioners.

If you work with performance, fat loss, recovery, health, body composition or client transformation, this semi-private workshop gives you a deeper research-led understanding of peptides and the wider health optimisation framework around them, with only 20 places available.

After
Phil’s personal case study

A practical education built from research, testing and real-world experience.

Phil will share the story behind his own 10-week transformation and the role peptides played in his personal regime, while making clear that he first completed comprehensive testing to assess his health status.

The key message of the workshop is that simply “pumping peptides into an unhealthy body” is not the answer. Understanding the body’s current health status, internal environment and support needs comes first.

  • Why Phil tested blood, urine and stool markers before taking peptides.
  • Why training, nutrition, supplements and lifestyle still matter.
  • How health status can influence the direction of peptide education.
  • Why practitioners need a responsible framework, not just a list of compounds.
