Creatine supplementation appears to enhance the ability for the muscle to store glycogen which will help increase energy and recovery. Creatine also increases muscle satellite cells and lowers myostatin which can both increase the potentiation for muscle growth.

L Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and can increases growth hormone, activate the Mtor pathway which is the main pathway for enhancing muscle protein synthesis. L Glutamine also seems to lower myostatin which is the greatest inhibitor to muscle growth.

Leucine which is a branch chain amino acid (BCAA’s) BCAAs can reduce protein breakdown, several studies have found that leucine can help reduce soreness following a workout and can accelerate the recovery process. Leucine, may also promote muscle satellite cell activation when taken in accordance with a hardcore training program. Muscle satellite cell activation can promote muscle gain. Leucine’s ability to drive muscle protein synthesis through the mTOR pathway is also very useful, especially post-workout. It stimulates the rebuilding process to help your muscles grow back bigger and stronger.
Research suggests that leucine decreases the expression of myostatin-related genes and, thus, promotes muscle growth.

Taurine is a well-researched regulator of cell volume, as it acts as an osmolyte (i.e., it regulates fluid balance). As such, taurine works to optimise cellular hydration and maximize muscle function. Thus, taurine has been implicated to be a potent cell volumizer. Not only does this make the muscle belly appear fuller, but also provides an indirect stimulus for anabolism.

Beetroot raises nitric oxide levels in your body. Research shows nitric oxide can increase blood flow, improve lung function, and strengthen muscle contraction. This combination has stimulated athletes to supplement with beetroot for improved cardiorespiratory endurance and performance.

Usage

On training days, take two scoops mixed in 500ml water to be consumed 15-30 minutes before training on an empty stomach and two scoops in 500ml of water after training. On non training days take two scoops mixed in 500ml water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach or as directed by your healthcare professional.
