N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) is a non-toxic stable form of L-Cysteine. L-cysteine is needed to support the production of glutathione; the body’s ‘master’ antioxidant. NAC also has a high bioavailability, and can therefore be used by the body more efficiently. NAC is an amino acid. Amino acids are used to form proteins which are required for the repair, maintenance and growth of tissue where they perform structural roles.

Directions

Adults, take 1 capsule, 1-2 x daily, with water ideally between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
